1. Where do you ship from?
We work with a network of trusted fulfillment partners located both in the United States and overseas. Depending on the product, your order may ship from one of our U.S. warehouses or directly from our international logistics centers.
2. How long does delivery take?
Most U.S. orders are delivered within 4–8 business days. Some specialty or custom-made items may take a little longer. You’ll always receive a tracking number once your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.
3. Do you charge for shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. Orders below this amount have a small flat-rate shipping fee that will be shown at checkout.
4. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. It may take 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear, especially for international packages in transit to U.S. carriers.
5. Why did I receive my items separately?
Because we partner with multiple fulfillment centers, some items may ship separately depending on availability and location. Don’t worry — all your items are on their way!
6. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@homiesgarden, and we’ll help you arrange a return or replacement.
7. What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged, broken, or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or full refund right away — no hassle, no long forms.
8. Are your products made in the USA?
Some of our items are designed in the U.S., while others are produced by carefully selected international manufacturers who meet our quality and sustainability standards. Every product is quality-checked before shipping to ensure you receive the best.
